Client work / RedZone Robotics

Making specialized wastewater services easier to find and understand

RedZone Robotics helps wastewater utilities inspect, assess and maintain critical sewer infrastructure. Its work spans robotic inspection, large sewer cleaning, condition assessment and software that helps utilities use inspection data to make better asset decisions.

Our role is to help the right people discover those capabilities, understand where they fit and take the next step with RedZone.

01

The challenge

RedZone serves a specialized market. A utility looking for large diameter sewer cleaning may have a different immediate need from one researching multi-sensor inspection or long-term asset prioritization. Each audience uses different search terms and needs different information before contacting a provider.

That calls for more than a broad message about robotics. RedZone’s marketing has to connect specific infrastructure problems with the right service, product or expertise, while giving its team a clear view of which efforts are generating interest.

02

Our work

We support RedZone with an ongoing program across paid search, organic search, website content and performance measurement.

01

Paid search built around service demand

We manage and refine Google Ads campaigns for areas including large sewer inspection, condition assessment and cleaning. The work includes reviewing the searches that trigger ads, tightening targeting, adjusting bids and budgets, and examining which campaigns and locations produce meaningful enquiries.

02

SEO and technical website improvements

We track how RedZone appears in search for topics such as robotic sewer inspection, multi-sensor inspection, sonar profiling and predictive asset management. We use that research to identify content opportunities, improve page titles and internal links, and work through technical issues that can limit search visibility.

03

Content that explains complex offerings

We develop and improve website copy around RedZone’s services and products, translating technical capabilities into the questions a utility buyer is trying to answer. This includes helping distinguish inspection, cleaning and software offerings so visitors can find a useful route into the site.

04

Reporting that informs decisions

We bring together advertising, organic search, website activity and conversion data in recurring dashboards and reviews. Rather than treating clicks as the whole story, we look at enquiries, page engagement, search trends and geographic patterns to help RedZone decide where to focus its marketing and sales attention.

03

An ongoing working relationship

This is an active marketing program, not a one-time campaign. Search behaviour changes, service priorities shift and new opportunities emerge. We regularly review what people are looking for, how RedZone’s pages and campaigns respond, and what the resulting activity tells us.

For a company with technically demanding services and a defined group of buyers, that combination matters: clear explanations of the work, visibility when a utility is researching a problem, and useful evidence for the next marketing decision.
